European Study Discovers Raw Milk Boosts Immunity, Prevents Colds & Infections

But raw milk consumption, according to a new study published in The Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, can actually help prevent colds, viruses and respiratory tract infections (RTIs) from forming in kids, as opposed to commercially processed milk which provides little or no health benefits.

Raw milk is inherently dangerous, and the only way to make it safe for human consumption is to pasteurize it — this popular mantra, in one form or another, is one that you may have heard someone say in response to the idea of drinking unpasteurized milk. And while many people still cling to this belief as absolute truth, it holds no basis whatsoever, scientific or anecdotal, in actual reality. And federal agencies like the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) continue to marginalize this health-promoting “superfood” by publicly repeating such lies against it.

Both the FDA and CDC continue to allege that raw milk is dangerous and that it leads to disease, all while propagating the false notion that the only safe milk is pasteurized milk. They often cite seemingly-scientific numbers and data about outbreaks allegedly related to raw milk in defense of these claims, and many people eat up this misinformation without giving it a second thought. As a result, a general public bias against raw milk has been firmly established and in motion for many decades now, despite the fact that the parents and grandparents of many of those who today decry raw milk actually drank raw milk when they were growing up (and many lived healthy, vibrant lives as a result).

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) claims that it’s basically a death sentence for you and your children. But raw milk consumption, according to a new study published in The Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, can actually help prevent colds, viruses and respiratory tract infections (RTIs) from forming in kids, as opposed to commercially processed milk which provides little or no health benefits.

A cohort of researchers, doctors and other medical professionals from across Europe investigated the effects of raw milk versus boiled farm-fresh milk and commercial processed milk as part of a larger investigatory project known as “PASTURE.” A group of women, roughly half of whom lived and worked on livestock farms in rural areas of mostly central Europe, were recruited to participate in the research. Why YOU should be drinking Raw Milk…

I remember the day I decided our family was going to drink raw milk. After only a day of research (I have quick decision-making skillz), the minute my husband walked in the door, I exclaimed…

“Oh my gosh honey! Guess what?! We are totally going to start drinking raw milk! It’s SO much better for you and way more digestible and basically it gives you superpowers!”

As my husband tried to process the words I’d just spoken, I decided to lay my whole plan on him…

“And, really, if we’re going to drink raw milk, we might as well move to a farm. Because, well, we need a goat, of course. Probably some chickens too. And eventually we’ll need a cow. And a garden. And maybe some ducks & rabbits.” (more…)

Why Milk Matters (and Why It’s Not Just for Baby Cows)

Healthy, grassfed dairyOne of the most misguided food myths getting perpetuated nowadays, sadly even by some alternative practitioners, is that dairy is unhealthy to consume.

One reason for the popularity of this modern notion is the skyrocketing incidence of dairy allergies. However, in most cases, these problems are due to the processing (pasteurization/homogenization) of the dairy and/or the unnatural GMO feed given to the cows, not to the dairy itself. When people consume unprocessed dairy from healthy cows grazing on green grass, suddenly the “allergies” disappear. For example, 85% of those who are “lactose intolerant” have absolutely no problem with raw dairy!

Could “lactose intolerance” more aptly be described then as “pasteurization intolerance”? I, for one, definitely think so! (more…)

Studies show kids who drink raw milk have a higher resistance to allergens

“The Hygiene Hypothesis states that when children lack early exposure to infectious agents, parasites, and symbiotic microorganisms like normal gut flora such as would naturally occur in a rural or farm environment, they are much more likely to suffer from autoimmune disorders such as allergies or asthma.

This hypothesis helps to explain why farm kids tend to be so much healthier and far less prone to immune disorders than children raised in an urban setting. (more…)

All Drugs and Vaccines Put Your Body into Debt to the Bankers

People are catching on that the Bankers are creating the debt themselves.  Debt is a means of ensuring endless servitude to the Bankers by people and countries.  The greater the debt the Bankers generate, the greater the profit they make.
Interestingly, they are doing precisely the same thing in their other role as the pharmaceutical industry.  There, they depend on ensuring disease.  But the analogy to disease is not metaphoric but factual, for disease itself is also a system based on shortages.

Just as money is the central element missing if one is in debt, there is also a coin of the realm in disease – missing electrons.

A cardiologist has turned to physics to come up with a single common denominator for all disease – cancers, degenerative diseases, toxins, infections, viruses, radiation poisoning.  In the simplest terms, health is based on electron flow.   Diseases, toxins, infections, viruses, radiation, all make one sick because all of them deplete that flow.  The greater the depletion, the more serious the disease threat. And with that single common denominator, it’s possible to offer a single cure.  Anything that can deliver electrons in a sufficiently high enough concentration to where it is needed in the body, and can neutralize the loss of electrons is a cure. New Research Casts Doubt on Pasteurization Techniques For Milk

Pastuerized milk is perhaps one of the most nutritionally deficient beverages misappropriately labeled as a “perfect food.” Our public health officials even issue advisory warnings to ensure that those with weakened immune systems only consume pasteurized foods. The truth about pasteurization is that it denatures milk. It alters its chemical structure, makes fats rancid, destroys nutrients and ultimately results in the formation of free radicals in the body. New research conducted by the Milk Quality Improvement Program at Cornell’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences have identified the predominant spore-forming bacteria in milk and are casting doubt on current pasteurization techniques. A report from Harvard suggests that milk from factory farms may be associated with hormone-related cancers because of the industrial agricultural practice of milking a cow throughout her pregnancy. The later in pregnancy a cow is, the more hormones appear in her milk. Milk from a cow in the late stage of pregnancy contains up to 33 times as much of a signature estrogen compound (estrone sulfate) as milk from a cow following pregnancy, as well as much higher levels of other hormones.
